Cancellation in Normal Cases
- Any amount paid to Kalpavruksha Kshetra, Mysuru through this website for booking any Pooja or Seva cannot be cancelled or refunded under normal circumstances.
Cancellation under Special Circumstances
- Cancellations will be allowed only under special circumstances, situation beyond the control of the Sevakarta or user.
- The cancellation request must be sent via email at least two days in advance to the mutts official email ID ie., seva@kalpavrukshakshetra.com about the scheduled Pooja/ Seva date.
Refund Conditions
- If the Pooja/ Seva is cancelled under special conditions & approved by the Mutt Management, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- Subject to deduction of any cost incurred / amount already spent by the Trust for the Pooja/ Seva.
Final Decision Authority
- The decision taken by the Management of Kalpavruksha Kshetra regarding the cancellation and refund will be final.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be made to the same account and mode of payment used in the original transaction.
(e.g., net banking, debit card, credit card).
Jurisdiction
- Any dispute related to refunds is subjected to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mysuru, Karnataka, India.
E-Donations are Non-Refundable
- E-Donations made to Kalpavruksha Kshetra – Sri Raaghavendra Swamy Mutt, Mysuru are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Claiming Tax Benefits under Sec 80G
- To avail income tax benefits under Section 80G, donors must submit a self-attested copy of their valid PAN card to the Trust office.
- This can be sent via post or electronic communication, along with the Receipt Number and Date of Donation.
Accepted Currency
- Currently, donations are accepted only in Indian Rupees (INR).
